Question by : How do you play “MIME application/octet-stream” video?
I was sent a video, but the file type was unknown. When i clicked to search apporiate program “MIME application/octet-stream” came up.
How do i play this video?

It depends on the file type. If there was no extension on the file you have to ask the person who sent it to you what the extension is, then rename it to that extension. application/octet-stream just means it’s a stream of bytes.
